Jessica Alder photography terms and conditions 

 

The following terms and conditions are applicable to any photography undertaken by Jessica Alder. By booking with Jessica Alder you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. 

 

Payment

 

-A non refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. 

-In the rare occasion that Jessica Alder photography cancels your session you will be refunded your full deposit. 

-The rest of the balance is due on the day of your session, please note the editing of your photographs will not commence until the balance has been paid. 

 

Session

 

Due to the willingness of subjects it may not always be possible to capture all of the images as stated in your price package or due to the willingness of the subject they may not meet your expectation.

 

In the unfortunate event of uncooperative babies, children or pets Jessica Alder photography may not be able to capture any usable images for the client. 

 

Any children or pets are the clients full responsibility throughout the session. 

 

Images

 

-You will receive all of your edited images via an online transfer link. 

-The client is responsible for downloading and printing all images. 

-Your photos will be sent to you via an online transfer link around 14-21 days after your session. 

-After 12 months Jessica Alder will no longer be responsible for storing your images. 

 

Privacy policy 

Jessica Alder photography has the right to use all images taken for promotional purposes online, on social media or in a portfolio book - unless the client declines this upon booking.
